JAHAMA Highland Venison are delighted to be introducing a variety of Scottish products, available to buy from the ‘Wee Green Hut’. The team have been busy behind the scenes, researching and finding small producers to support from across Scotland.

‘We want to champion Scottish produce and support smaller producers like ourselves, who also hold a #SustainableShopping and #SupportScottish ethos close to their hearts’.

The team have introduced some fantastic seasonings that can be used with both Venison and Lamb, and collaborated with Angus and Oink, and Blackthorn Salt. Angus and Oink are based in Aberdeenshire and have created some fantastic flavoured rubs and seasonings suitable for a variety of recipes. Game Rub and Italian Stallion are now available to purchase from the shop, and go perfectly with both meats. Angus & Oink are excellent on social media and regularly post recipes and serving suggestions to suit the seasonings, for a delicious Venison Sausage roll recipe, using the game rub, Venison Sausage Rolls | Angus & Oink.

You can also now find Blackthorn Salt in the shop! Based in Ayr, the company have worked hard to create a world class product and use sustainable practices and years of knowledge to perfect their Salt. Great Glen Charcuterie are a small family-run business based just a stones throw away from our Killiechonate Estate, in Roy Bridge. Starting with a small hand-built smoker in their garden, their delicious charcuterie has grown to become an incredibly popular, award-winning business!
