With unique locations such as the north face of Ben Nevis, Garva Bridge, Steall Falls and the Blackwater Reservoir, the Estate is also popular for product placement and advertising. JAHAMA Highland Estate is an excellent venue to host your film, advert, mini-series or TV production.

We are home to some of the most amazing Scottish mountain and moorland scenery, river and waterside locations and have an extensive range of different types and styles of buildings to choose from. We can provide your location scout, your production team and your whole unit base an enormous range of added value services that will make your next project go smoothly and to budget.

UNIT BASE LOCATIONS We have a number of large, easily accessible locations for siting your unit base for the duration of your production. Our main site in Kinlochleven is full secure and gated.

SITE LOCATION SUPPORT With our extensive knowledge of our landholding, we can provide your location scouts with detailed pre unit and pre filming event data and logistics, saving your production both time and money.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATION We can provide your production a full and complete range of office administration and secretarial support for the duration of your production.

4X4 ACCESS, ATV SUPPORT & HELICOPTER We can supply 4x4, quad bike and All-Terrain Vehicles in support of your production. We can provide access to our huge network of off-road tracks and mountain and moorland trails. Our transport services can be supported with the supply of fully trained and competent drivers and additional support staff.

DRONES JAHAMA Highland Estates is a sensitive working landscape, with active operational infrastructure as well as regular attendance by the emergency services including Lochaber Mountain Rescue Team (which utilises a helicopter). We ask anyone wishing to fly a drone on our landholding to contact us first to discuss their proposed activity, and if flying in a commercial capacity, the Estate’s consent will be required and the operator must evidence all necessary qualifications and insurances.

We require those wishing to utilise the Estate to agree our standard location contract for filming rights and also for image licensing. Commercial fees are payable, with some exceptions depending on the nature of the request, and we usually require a visual and/or audible credit. We require a minimum of £10m public liability insurance.
